AI Evaluations: Autonomy Recruit uses artificial intelligence to screen candidates and generate fit scores. While we strive for accuracy, AI evaluations are not infallible and should be used as one input in your hiring decision-making process.
Human Oversight Required: You acknowledge that final hiring decisions should involve human judgment and review. AI scores and recommendations are advisory only.
Bias and Fairness: We design our AI to minimize bias, but you remain responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws.
Synthetic Candidates: Our candidate sourcing feature may generate synthetic candidate profiles for demonstration or testing purposes. These profiles are fictitious and should not be used for actual recruitment outreach.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into Autonomy Recruit, including job postings and candidate information.
License to Use: By submitting data to our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, research, and service improvements.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Autonomy Recruit shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
